Los Padres Kung Fu San Soo holds a monthly basic self-defense class for women age 15 and over.
The October 9 class is a special free course, offered in addition to the monthly self-defense class.
The class will cover several techniques you can use to defend yourself against an attacker and get to safety. The workshop will last approximately 2 hours to allow enough time to practice what you learn as well as a Q&A session.
Women will learn how to punch, kick and throw at maximum effort to learn they CAN do it in a real situation. .
No experience necessary. No long-term commitment required. Wear something comfortable like a t-shirt and loose pants. Bring plenty of water and a towel. Instructors you will work with are both men and women. Any ladies under 18 need a parent of guardian to sign their waiver.
